9.0 CUSTODY AND USE OF SEAL

9.1 The Seal of the Club shall be given into the custody of the Secretary and may not be affixed to any document or instrument except by authority of a resolution of the Directors, and when so affixed shall be authenticated by the signatures of the President and Secretary, or the case of the inability of either to act, by the Vice-President.
