Junior Golf Scholarship Program
Every paid Junior at the Ponoka Golf
Club has the opportunity to receive a golf scholarship which would allow them
to golf at no charge next year if they complete the following criteria:
- buy a membership for the current season
- go through our Junior program
- play
and practice regularly through the summer
- display proper manners and
ettiquette while at the club
- write a 1 page essay as to why they would
be deserving of a complementary membership
- have 2 school teachers sign
off that the applicant is a good student and tries in school(does not have to
be an honor student)
Applications can be picked up at the Proshop
